It’s Top Ten Time again folks!! Hopefully you’ve all recovered from the wanton debauchery of the Garden Party at Colin and Mrs. Colin’s domicile on the 3rd so now it’s back to the business of making films!

If you miss your given round you can bring your film along to a later one, but it will only be shown after those drawn for that round, if there is time.

This round of the top ten saw three entries.
First up was Derek Allen reminiscing about an old friend in “My Mate Ralph” – although the Ralph in question just happened to be legendary music hall/Gang Show producer Ralph Reader!
Next up David Laker shared with us “The History Of Santa Barbara” about something or other…
Finally Barbara “Cakes” Darby presented an exclusive look at the work of “The Master Craftsman Martin Matthews”, who is keeping up an old tradition of making pocket watch cases using the traditional methods an equipment.
To close the show Andy Watson and David Laker dug out a slice of history from the OVFM archive in the form of “In The Service Of Life”. This film made in 1956 by the now defunct South London Film Society depicts the charitable acts of two school girls from the James Allen Girls School in Peckham doing the rounds at local orphanages and helping the sick and elderly of South London.
